I am a new customer, how do I purchase prepaid phone cards on this website?:
Welcome aboard! a) Go to our Home Page, select destination country/city you want to call, b) Select the card / quantity you plan to purchase, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click ADD TO CART. c) At the Shopping Cart you may review your order, make changes, if necessary, and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, d) Fully read the pop-up window. You must click on Register, and completing the "Sign Up For a New Account" option. Please note that this process works the same for all of our other products.
How do I login?:
You can login by simply accessing the Reliablecom home page and clicking on "My Account." Once you click on My Account you will asked to enter your user name and password. If you don't have an account you can sign up for one for free.
What if I forgot my Password?:
Don't worry. Simply select the "Forgot Password" after accessing the log in page. Our system will email you your password.
Is it necessary for my address to exactly match with the address currently on file with my credit card issuer?:
For security reasons, it is absolutely necessary that your address & telephone number match with the address & telephone number currently on file with your credit/debit card issuer. Your credit card will be charged, but no instant pins will be issued if there is a discrepancy. Discrepancy between the two addresses will lead to delay in issue of pins, which can be up to two hours during business hours. Existing customers can login from navigation bar and update their address and phone numbers before they proceed to shop.
Can I use my bank ATM/Check Card or a Debit Card to purchase from this website?:
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also accept all ATM/Debit/Check Cards with MasterCard or Visa logo.
Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards or ATM/Check cards issued outside of USA?:
We accept credit cards, debit cards, or ATM/checks issued in USA or Canada only. Cards issued outside of USA or Canada are not accepted for payment even though they might have been issued by a US based banks. However you can use our PayPal solution to order products from our site.
What is Pay Pal?:
Reliablecom accepts PayPal an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. It is the most popular way to electronically pay for your online products and services.
Does Reliablecom accept checks?:
At this point Reliablecom does not accept personal checks however we will in the near future.
Kindly explain 'Star Rating":
Star Rating is compiled by us and is based on customer feedback and also on our experience and understanding about the card. Star Rating gives a good idea about the quality of the phone card. Higher (max = five) the Star Rating, the better the card. You should evaluate all the four components of Star Rating before you go ahead with the purchase.
When will I get the prepaid phone card pins? Can I use them right away?:
Prepaid phone cards pins will be displayed on your monitor as well as emailed to you immediately after successful processing of your credit card. Phone card pins can be used for making calls right away, you don't have to wait. We do not snail mail prepaid phone cards. If you haven't received your Pin or product you can simply log back into your account and access your pin number and product information there.

What is the difference between local and toll-free access?:
Local access allows for you to save big on your international dialing, savings are up to 70% greater than when using toll free access numbers. Reliablecom suggests that you use local access numbers rather than toll free access numbers when making a long distance call.
What information can be accessed in the My Account section?:
Our fully functional online portal allows you to review recent transactions, make changes to your account access order history. You can also make changes or update your product information.

What is My Country Number?:
My Country Number allows for customers to purchase their very own international telephone number. Once you get your own international telephone number your friends can reach you while just paying for a local call.
What is a DID?:
Direct Inward Dialing (DID) is the technical term for a phone number that is assigned to you. Reliablecom offers DIDs through their My Country Number service.
What is Wireless?:
Reliablecom offers various types of wireless solutions. We are currently offering special sale with 10% off all of our wireless refill cards from top carriers such as AT&T, Boost and T Mobile. Reliablecom also offers a postpaid solution which allows for its users to get lower cost and free handsets from the nation's leading providers. Customers purchasing from our postpaid solution must purchase a contract from one of our future carriers.

Quick Dial:
Quick Dial works great for people on the go! This product is very economical when used with a cellular phone. When purchasing this product you will be given a local access number which you will link with an international number. Upon dialing the local access number you will be connected to the international number or desired destination you have appointed the local access number with. Thus you can bypass entering pin numbers along with entering your destination number. Users can update their access numbers to match their desired destinations, thus users are not locked into accessing just one destination. Quick Dial users would simply dial one of the three toll-free access numbers appointed to them and viola their call will be connected.
PINless Dialing:
PINless is a feature that allows you to skip entering your account number and PIN (14 digits in all) when placing calls. Customers are able to set up as many as six (6) personal telephone numbers that they may connect to immediately upon entering their local or toll-free access number without the need to also enter their PIN number. This time-saving feature allows customers to connect to their most frequently called numbers without having to remember their PIN number. Customers can register their six (6) designated numbers via our account portal or by following the voice prompts after entering their access number. We recommend that customers DO NOT register phones in dormitories, hotels, offices, hospital rooms, or any other phones that are regularly shared with many other people.
Speed Dial:
You can dial a pre-defined number by dialing only one digit. Customers are able to program up to ninety-nine (99) telephone numbers in speed dial. To call a speed dial number, just enter your PIN number and press the speed dial code number for that number. Your friends and family are just a button away.
Auto Connect:
Auto connect offers huge savings of upwards to 80-100%. This product is a very cost effective solution for different destinations such as Middle Eastern, Asian and African destinations. Auto connect is simple and easy to use, it allows you to connect with anyone no matter where in the world. With Auto Connect both parties receive incoming calls and are automatically connected. This product offers very low rates and is a cost effective solution. Auto connect works great for scheduling future calls, such as for holidays, birthdays and other special events. You will never forget to stay connected with friends and family.
Auto-Recharge :
Auto-recharge option is a handy way to make sure you always have a minimum balance in your account. The great thing about this feature is that you can always place calls without having to manually recharge your account. Upon your balance reaching below it set amount, Reliablecom will automatically charge your credit for the auto-recharge amount you selected. You will receive a recharge confirmation via email.
Recharge :
Customers have the ability to manually recharge a card's balance, thereby allowing them to keep the same PIN number they originally purchased. Recharge is not valid for promos.
Online Account Portal :
At the Reliablecom Account Center you can check all rates, review your call history, add funds to your account, set up the automatic recharge option, manage No-PIN Dialing and much more.
